For this special remodel, Vivax Interiors transformed a newly purchased home into a luxurious and functional retreat for a family from North Dakota. Located on the prestigious golf course in Gainey Ranch, the original 3,200 sq ft, two-bedroom, three-bathroom layout needed to be expanded to better accommodate visiting children and grandchildren.

Our design vision focused on the clients' love for clean lines, open spaces, and a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that connects seamlessly with the surrounding golf course views. We added a third bedroom, skillfully blending the new space with the existing structure to ensure it felt cohesive and intentional.

Throughout the home, we introduced a sophisticated palette of neutral tones, layered textures, and custom finishes that bring warmth and elegance. Expansive windows and sliding doors were emphasized to flood the interiors with natural light, enhancing the feeling of openness. From the sleek, modern kitchen to the serene master suite and updated gathering spaces, every detail was designed with family, comfort, and effortless style in mind.
